Common Issues
"I can't see any accounts" Your Adthena account may not have API access enabled. Contact your account manager to enable it.
"Access denied for this account" You can only query accounts linked to your Adthena user. Ask your admin to grant access to the account you need.
"Authentication failed" Make sure you're signing in with the email address associated with your Adthena account. If your organization uses SSO, use that flow instead of email/password.
"No data returned" Check that your date range is valid (data is available up to yesterday) and that the account has data for the selected period. Try a broader date range or fewer filters.
